Hi, Can Blood pressure increase due to Cervical spondylosis. I feel high bp and vomiting .also BP is normal at right hand (145/85) but increased in left hand (166/109) is it vomiting due to High bp or spondylosis as I feel cramp some me in my neck. Please suggest.
