Hi lybrate-user, after reading your question I want to ask you how many hours do you sleep? One of the reasons for hallucinations is sleep deprivation. Owing to your age when one focus in many things. Your brain gets worked up. You have studies, career, family, friends, relationships ,we try to keep everything in our mind which in turn gets overloaded with memories and incidents. What we hear sometimes are the voices that are buried inside our memory. I will tell you to practice few things for a week n if still you hear such voices noises please visit a psychiatrist or a neurologist. These tricks are humming or singing a song many times a day listening to some music of your taste reading some good novel/article ,try reading light funny books. Talk to your family friends. Exercise ignoring the voice. Practice this dedicatedly apart from sleep deprivation, isolation, dehydration and/or starvation, extreme stress, strong thoughts or emotions, fever and illness, and drug/alcohol use. Can also be reason for hallucinations. Stay calm, you'll be fine.
