I am a diabetic patient. Using medicines for the last 16 years. Sugar levels are not controlled, lot of fluctuation in the day to day readings. Pls suggest how to keep level in control.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query, I have seen the details given, the information given is very general. So really there is no idea interms of actual control or glucose levels and HbA1c%. It is necessary to give following details: Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c5, present diet pattern extent of daily exercise, drugs being taken with dosage, serum creatinine, BP readings and lipid profile. By going through those details I will be able to guide. Thanks.
