I got my molar teeth removed last Saturday. It was a painful extraction as the tooth was fused to the bone. Took novamox, metrogyl and divon plus. Till today that place hurts and the next tooth according to the dentist has developed cavity. Now this tooth has become extremely sensitive and painful. What should I do? Kindly suggest. I took pan 40 till I took the medicines. Even then I has severe acidity.

Consult with your dentist and if he suggests start with root canal treatment of the adjacent tooth which you are having complaint. This will give you some relief. The extraction site will be bit painful as by your words the tooth was fused with bone & in order to take it out there must be some amount of trauma to the bone. This site will take about 7 days to get relieved. Inform your dentist about your gastritis. Pain killers intake will cause acidity mostly. A milder alternative will decrease your gastric acidity and do take medication as directed by dentist.
