Hi researches have proved that sleep deprivation causes anxiety and stress, when you don't take proper sleep your body reacts in many ways, like you won't feel good the next day, your digestion gets affected, sleeping helps body to regain and repair. Working in a call center takes toll on few as it has no set pattern of working hours, it does not give your body to adapt to the changing conditions. What you can do is stick to a set pattern and try to read your health requirements. Try to take eight hour sound sleep, keep your mobile phones away. Whenever you feel agitated stay calm your reaction may add on to your already bad mood. Drink a glass of water and wait till your body is ready to work calmy.
