My 2nd son of 14 years old hasn't attained puberty as yet. There seems to be no signs of the same till now. Is this reason to worry or do some children attain puberty even in the late teens? FYI he is taking Trileptal (oxcarbazepine) for a condition called Benign Rolandic Epilepsy and he is overweight. Is this causing the delay? Also I remember having attained puberty a little late around 14 ~ 15 years. Appreciate your advice.

Yes there are chances of delayed puberty. But there are chances of the epilepsy interfering with the natural development. Also obesity is a major health hazard.
