15 ml with half cup of water 15 mins after food twice a day, after breakfast n dinner... this s the dose... as for ur weight gain, not so sure... u ll sure feel hungry n bowels ll get regulated on taking this... but if ur constitution itself is a type which doesn't help in gaining weight, then we gotta think abt still specific med n treatment. but nothing wrong in trying this out...
