Hi, I am out of breath while walking. I am facing Nasal congestion from last nine months, feeling heartbeat fast and chest discomfort. I have done many test like ECG, ECho, thyroid, CBC, Lipid Profile, UDR, spirometry test, Xray, Hba1c, SGPT, but everything is normal. I am using mouthwash 10 mg for asthma and inderal for heart rate. Please advice me treatment I am in very bad condition from last 9 months.
