I really suffer a lot with stress. I don't know how to express what type of feel that is. When I'm with people around me I never feel that stress. But when I'm alone I feel very stressed feel like crying loud and to scream. But I can sleep well there is no disturbance in sleep. Because of this situation I feel a pain in my stomach and feel hard to take a long deep breathe. Please give me some suggestions to overcome this terrible situation.
