Dear Arun, There is no drug in allopathy without any side effect. Whether you get the side effect or not, you will know only if it used by you. If any side effect of the drug is harmful to you or life threatening, either you will be admitted and given or the doctor will caution you. You are young. Probably you have no medical illnesses. You are prescribed minimum dose of only 5 mg Nexito. 95% you will not get any side effect of nexito. 5% if you get any, it is not life threatening or organ damaging. So, discuss it with the doctor without stopping it.
