My mom is 70+years old. She is a diabetic patient. Past an year, she has been falling a lot. Since past few months she is not able to speak properly as in sometimes she takes different names for different things, or she keeps repeating a particular word. She has reduced physical activity a lot due to pain in body. She has balancing issue due to which she falls while standing straight. It's a difficult task to sit on a chair and getting up. She has stopped activities like burning a matchstick, or stirring food in kadhai coz of difficulty. She has difficulty in eating with spoon. Although she remembers old memories and talks easily about them. But sometimes she has difficulty in expressing them also. please suggest.
