Dear Shilps, Counselling/therapy will help in sleeping better and in panic. The therapist may consell you to take tablets sometime for your improvement. You will not get addicted to antidepressant tablets. You stopped it by yourself - no addict can do it. Some anxiolytics used to treat panic like Alprazolam may become addictive. But it will be used only for few weeks initially and stopped before you become dependent on it.
