Hi, I'm 28+ unmarried girl. I usually feel very pain in my knees, very often when I travel or stand for a long time. I'm working as a teacher, so my job requires to stand for most of the time at work. So please suggest some healthy diet or some exercise and even any medicine which could help me.

Protein rich diet (pulses, egg, paneer etc). Plenty fruits and green leafy vegetables. Get your serum B12 and serum calcium and serum vit D3 level checked. QUADRICEPS exercises with help of physiotherapist. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting.
