I am 21 year old male and have pollution or maybe dust allergy. I have to use mask when I travel in city. I have taken treatment (effective for temporal) but it's not much help. It causes sneezing and runny nose for past 3-4 years. Doctor advised me to use tablet 'MTNL' whenever necessary. I want permanent relief from this. Please help!
