For the cavity depth of cavity needs to be assessed and accordingly filled. For the braces. Kindly visit a dentist nearby to check for clinical situation first. As per the situation you may be advised treatment. And type of braces you want.

First of all, you need to fill up those cavities in your teeth before undergoing any treatment for braces because if you don't, then it will complicate your orthodontic or braces phase of treatment in later stages. Please consult an orthodontist for detailed information regarding your treatment.
