Hi, Mother 63 Years Female. ECG shows Left Bundle Branch Block. Echo shows 1. Grade III (3) LV Diastolic Dysfunction. 2. Depressed LV systolic function present. Had a heart attack (probably 4 months ago), but it wasn't noticeable. Coronary Angiography showed thinning of one of the arteries which was treated by Angioplasty stent procedure. Onset of High BP ~ 160. Question: What is the prognostic implications of this case? Is the probability of short-term fatality (1-2 years) high? How high is it? Do you recommend a Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy?

Cardiac resynchronisation is when heart is not able to pump. Her heart pumping extra hard, raising BP to 160. So cardiac resynchronisation not required for many years. Please post ECG for more suggestions.
