Hello Greetings for the day! See first of all the cavity in front teeth is a direct consequence of bottle feeding during night time. Now when the cavity has already established, just brushing won't help. You have to get it examined and treated according to your doctor. Gums usually bleed because of infection and inflammation in gums. But usually 2 year old doesn't present with extreme symptoms. So you also have to get him/her checked for any other systemic disease. Permanent teeth doesn't have any direct relation to deciduous teeth in terms of cavities if you are maintaining proper oral hygiene. Please take advise from a Pedodontist. Regards

Immediately consult a pedodontist in your area, carrying cavity to permanent teeth will not be the possibility but infection is more likely to affect permanent tooth bud.

Hi There can be many reasons which results in bleeding gums in children which includes plaque deposition, infection, gum disease, Vitamin (esp vitamin C) deficiency. Vigorous brushing can also lead to bleeding from gums. Also if bleeding is seen in just upper teeth, then check whether the child is breathing from mouth or nose. Mouth breathing can also lead to unhealthy bleeding gums. In this case try to keep his lips moist (you can apply vaseline frequently) As a parent, I can understand your apprehension about your child's pain, but please do not stop brushing the teeth as it may worsen the problem. Try brushing with gentle pressure even if it bleeds & get a check up done by your dentist to know the exact cause.
