I am taking eltroxin for hypothyroid. Is eltroxin safe while breastfeeding? Or is there any chance it can pass on to baby or can it affect the baby?

Hello, thanks for the query. Levothyroxine is safe during breast feeding. Levothyroxine does not go in to breast milk so it is safe during that phase. Thanks.
