No if its keeping your bp under control and your pulse rate is above 60 per minute. No need to change medicine. It does not have any side effect except bradycardia i. E. Pulse rate below 60 beats per minute.

Nebistar-h contains nebivolol and hydrochlorthiazide. Like all other medicines this one has its specific usage, if taken as instructed and under regular follow up of a physician with blood pressure and pulse monitoring, it can be taken safely in long term. If you notice any change in your health or how you feel please visit the prescribing doctor because all medicines can have adverse effects in certain specific situations.
