Sir actually I have been on antidepressant mirnite meltab7. 5 mg in my initials 1 month after that I i started taking half tablet as my psychiatrist told me now she suggest me nexito 5 is this a good medicine as I am not able to get a good sleep.

To get a good and sound sleep you should be tension free,do regular morning brisk walking of one hour daily.as it could reduce your stress & depression .enhance your good and sound sleep.taking antidepressant is not a permanent treatment.you cannot take antidepressant for more than 2 months ,unless you are going through chronic insomnia,Firstly change your lifestyle,watch movies,make friends,go out for shopping,dinner,mini vacations.it will surely help you.drink enough water,healthy - nutritious food
