I am 30 years old. I found black brown spots on my face near ears 2 years ago. I approached dermatologist for that. The doctor asked me to do skin biopsy and the result says its benign. The doctor said its a kind of lentigo. So, he prescribed me a bleaching cream (trilustra) containing hydroquinone and tretinoin topical. I want to know is it normal to have such spots at the age of 30 years? initially, there were only 2 spots but later on with the time I found 2 more spots have started to appear. What is the treatment for lentigo? Is it fine to apply trilustra cream on those spots?
