Before 3 years ago, I was suffering from hypertension ranging 220/140 - 180/110 because I had coarctation of aorta, after that Dr. advised me to go for angiography and I did that. After doing angiography I take prolomet am 25 mg each morning till now but still sometime I got hypertension ranging around 150/100-120/80 and also sometime there is slight pain on my heart. What should I do n what to do please suggest me.

Coarctation of aorta is one of correctable causes of hypertension. Consult your cardiologist to find out whether you are eligible for an angioplasty i.e aortoplasty in your case or a corrective surgery for coarctation. Once you are cured of coarctation your blood pressure and the medication requirement for hypertension will come down surely.
