I am 31 year old my bp is 140/105 and pulse is 120/m taken ecg and echo and tmt all are normal given tablet metpure xl 25 mg and my cholesterol level is in border suggested diet am felling the same, and I have multiple polyps in gall bladder the question is when I take metpure xl tablet for 2 to 4 hours my chest will be to tightens without pain doctor told it is neurological pain is there any tablet for reducing that sometimes burning sensations in chest.

You need a detailed examination and evaluation so as to why your pulse remains 120 bpm. There could be underlying problems like hyperthyroidism, anxiety disorders, disorders of blood etc. The primary cause of your pulse being so high has to be found out before jumping to medical therapy.
