Patients with pcod have high amh. Your vitamin d3 levels are low ,you should take vitamin d3 supplementation. Patients with pcod have insulin resistance that's why they are prone to diabetes in later life. You will get your periods within 7 days of completing the course of nidagen. If even after 7 days you do not get your periods then you will have to take oestrogen and progesterone combination tablets for withdrawal bleeding.
