Please visit a cardiologist nearby, for a detailed evaluation for hypertension at such young age. This includes ecg, echo, usg abdomen, renal doppler, thyroid profile and many others. There are many disorders where hypertension is correctable, a cardiologist can easily evaluate that and it can avoid life long therapy for essential hypertension. Also the medications which you are currently using i.e ciplar are outdated, today there ar3 far better medicines with much better side effect profile are available. Please visit a cardiologist rather than searching on google or believing uncertified people.
