Sugar level before dinner is 293 today, I tk amaryl 1 mg two tablets before breakfast and glyten m 1000 n jardiance after breakfast. I am also heart patient and my bypass surgery done in 2017, should I take amaryl 1 mg right know.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. As I understand you are on amaryl 1 mg, twice a day, glyten - m 1000 & jardiance. That means you are already on a fair number of anti-diabetic drugs. In spite of that you blood glucose seems pretty high. It would have been better if you had given fasting, pp glucose levels, hba1c%, weight, height, diet patterb and extent of daily exercise being done. There is no contra indication for taking glimiperide in patients with by paas. Thanks.
