I am 58 years old and I am diabetic, at present I am taking dianorm m 80/500 before brunch but my fasting blood sugar remain within 150 and pp within 160 but some times when I check random I found it within 80, I don't understand why it is happen, should I change my medicine or I should go for insulin shot pls advice.

You need medicine with dinner also but that should be done after clinical evaluation.

Mr Prawal Bora, Thanks for the query I have seen the details given. Your fasting is definitely high, but PP and random are quite good. This may be due to food intake, particularly the dinner. Since there is no mention of HbA1c%, it is difficult to comment on long term control. However, another important aspect is your excess weight, with a BMI of 29.39 kgs/Sq meter (Normal < 23 kgs/Sq meter), you have excess of over 15 kgs. Therefore, weight reduction will definitely help in achieving better control of glucose levels. Thanks.
