Your knee pain has nothing to do with your vitamin d levels. Hence no need for any blood test. The kind of symptoms you're telling is suggestive of chondromalacia patallae. You need to do quadriceps and hamstring muscle strengthing exercises. You can learn the exercises from you tube.
