I am 34 male from jabalpur m.p I have bp since 8 year. When I go to doctor checkup my bp is 180/100 back to home and check my bp is 130/90 what should I do. Every day I taken in morning tritelsar40 and evening nodon 5 mg.

You might have what is known as white coat hypertension. Please visit a cardiologist nearby for a complete evaluation of any correctable cause of hypertension and also you can ask for an ambulatory blood pressure monitoring which can guide your subsequent drug therapy in a much more effective way. Measure bp only once every 2 weeks on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes. Home recording is correct recording. Dr. office recording is high bp due to stress. It is called white coat hypertension.
