My wife is 25 years old. She has enlarged lymph node (near collar bone.) of size 1.8 x 0.8 cm (as on 25th December 2018. Her fnac test impression is "lymph node (right cervical, us-fnac) - granulomatous lymphadenitis to r/o tuberculous etiology" so doctor suggested my wife to start with tb medication. But doctor only suggested to stop taking rcin tablet as my wife had severe allergies to that medicine. Now currently she is taking inh 300 mg, combutol 1000 mg, levoflox 750 mg. Today doctor added one injection ambistryn s 1gm (for 2 to 4 months) to replace rcin tablet. Could you please help me to find if there is any alternative tablet for rcin so that my wife can avoid injections? It is difficult to take injections on daily basis for 4 months.
