Hello, Thanks for the query. The present values show that there is an extra dose of Levothyroxine. That is the reason for lower TSH (0.08 mU/L) & higher T4 levels. This means there's a need to reduce the Thyroxine dosage by 12.5 to 25 mcg per day. Then check TSH after 6 weeks. It should be ideally around 3 to 4 mU/L. Please tell me when was the last check made? Thanks.
