Sometimes when I sleep a certain way or take a nap during the day I start to experience sleep paralysis. Sometimes hard to move and sometimes I get it multiple times. What?s the cause of this? Is there anything that helps with sleep paralysis? It?s scary sometimes and it feels like you?re dying or something.
