Dear Rekha, Ask your chemist to substitute any company's Citalopram. Please check on the dose carefully. If it is Escitalopram, it will be half the dose of Citalopram. It can be given with water, tea or milk. Discuss with your doctor so that you can shift to Escitalopram in future.
