Hi sir I am suffering from thyroid age 37 checked report it's showing 20.99 please suggest the medication how much mg I have to take thyronorm tablets.

Hello, Thanks for the query. TSh 20.99 mU/L is very high, suggesting need for immediate initiation of treatment with Levothyroxine as already said by you. Initially 50 mcg per day may be taken later check TSH after 6 weeks, then based on the results dose may be altered. It is necessary to maintain TSH between 3 to 4 mU/L Thanks.
