Mr. Lybrate-User, thanks for the query. Both molecules glimiperide and gliclazide are equally good in controlling blood glucose. Most important is the diet restriction followed plus extent of daily exercise being done. Presence of high bp and hypothyroidism does not cause any problem. Thanks.
