I was using the panderm+ cream from last few months but recently from last I stopped to use it due to which my skin become so dark and now I am very tensed about it if there is any solution to over come from it and to make my skin fair so please suggest me.

In my opinion your first preference should be to take care of your skin from side effects of panderm plus cream as this cream has quite significant side effects to deal with. First and most important thing in this regard is very very good sun protection. Plus you can take some good antioxidant (specially one containing betacarotene). Other than this there are few more things can be done for faster recovery as well as to give you good glow on your skin which is also safe and healthy for your skin.
