Cilacar t contains celnidipine and telmisartan both are medicines for hypertension. If you have been prescribed them automatically means you would have been diagnosed with hypertension. Just confirm the same with your treating doctor. One should be very regular with medications for hypertension as over long term increased blood pressure can have adverse consequences. Its not something to be scared of but you should avoid missing medicines for blood pressure and be very regular in taking medicines and follow up to your treating doctor.
