Hello doctor, my weight is 43 kg, I am 20 year old. My lungs was infected, my treatment is running & they have provided the medicine forecox, folvite, benadon & hepamerz. Is that right medicine? They are not providing me the time, how much time I need to take these medicines?

forecox is given for TB initial 2 to 3 months. then rifampicin + inh for next 3-4 months. Total duration for antitubercular drugs should be 6 months.

Forecox is a TB medicine, need to be taken by a microscopically confirmed case of TB , as per weight of patient, 4 drugs for first 2 months and trhree dugs for next 4 months.
