I am 24 years old almost 25 in a couple of days. I have one of my two most front teeth treated with root canal 4 or 5 years ago. 3 weeks and a day ago, I have had it extracted. I was told not to eat seafoods and any other food prone to cause itch or infection, and to not involve myself in any strenuous activity. Would like to inquire if it is ok to involve myself in some sports now since everything was so far ok, nothing is painful, itchy, nor bleeding anymore.
