It means you need to strengthen your muscles. If you do running n don't strengthen your muscles, then you can't gove ue best output. You need to do strength/ weight training at some gym for twice a week (with a gap of 1-2 days) in some gym. Do it for 50-60 mins only. Do not do cardio with strength training.
