Hello. I am 30 year old trying to conceive second baby. I get my periods once in two months. Can I take ovacare? Will it help in regulating my periods and help me conceiving? Do I need to ask my doctor before starting it?

Hello, you do need to go to your doctor. Get basic examination done which will include your bmi, physical examination, baseline ultrasound, some blood tests if required. Also it would be a good idea to get your husband's semen analysis done. Please do not take any medicines without consulting your doctor.
