I am 75 years old and do not have any major disease like blood pressure, diabetes etc. 5 years back I had an attack of right side paralysis which lasted for 8-10 hours. 2 years back I was treated successfully for hensen disease and had suffered from low levels of hemoglobin due to intake of steroids for about 1-1/2 years. Since then I am being given calcium, vitamin and minerals and eptus 50 tabs. Now my blood reports are normal. I have regular appetite and am eating regular nutritious meals. My question is do I need to take the calcium and vitamin & minerals tabs like supradyn, b-12, pregabalin, eptus. If I continue taking these will these help or harm my body and if so what harm.

You may not worry unnecessarily but be focused on following healthy lifestyle. Exercise every day and eat a healthy diet (eat simple and easy to digest natural or organic foods with the appropriate calories ). Do follow up regularly with your doctor and discuss about your problems and concerns. Regular monitoring of your health (including reports as suggested by your doctor from time to time) will help to avoid any health issues or any side-effects.
