Sir/mam I have face back pain from last 1 year and I use diclo gel to relieve from this pain, but result zero. So what can I do?

Using ointments and gels will not cure back pain as the root cause is inside your body. Since when you are having back pain. Is there any history of injury or fall/ heavy weights in exercises. Get one xray done to r.o any morphology. Meanwhile, do not do forward bending exercises. Do more stretchings. If you have sitting job, take frequent breaks. Sleep without using pillow.
