Dear Ramawat, Most drugs are used for many indications. From the drugs don't think about diagnosis. Septamin forte is usually given in Vitamin B12 deficiency. But can be given in many other conditions as an add on. Nexito though an antidepressant can be used for OCD, somatization disorders, IBS, etc. Inderal can be used to as an hypotensive. But in anxiety and panic, it can be used to reduce the palpitations. It all depends on the diagnosis and predominant symptoms at a particular stage of the disorder.
