I have rapid heart rate and I have consulted many cardiologists they say your heart is ok it is due to anxiety or depression they prescribed many drugs like petril beta, embeta 25, melzap, ciplar 40 etc but it is like that I have sinus arrhythmia, because it can not sleep properly? What can I do so that I can be better? My echo and ecg both are normal.

As per your symptoms, I seems very likely that you are suffering from depression anxiety disorder and possibly panic attacks. As any heart condition has already been ruled out in your case, my suggestion is that you visit a psychiatrist at the earliest. A psychiatrist can treat your problem effectively. Panic attacks and anxiety symptoms are extremely common and can improve rapidly with the right treatment. Hope this helps.
