I had been taking isotretinoin from past 8 months on doctor?s prescription and had experienced considerable improvement in my acne issue, I had reduced the dosage from 40 mg/day initially to 10 mg/day now. My question is shall I stop using isotretinoin now or else I should maintain a minimal dosage of 5 mg.

If the condition is improved then you should stop taking it for now. because Isotretinoin has too many side effects ( if not taking in proper manner ).
