Dear sir, I am aged 63, male, retd govt employee, (pensioner) wt.62 kg, my bp is 155/90, medication for bp aten 25 mg each in morning and evening. Along 0.5 mg anxit tablet at night. No sugar, bp noticed last 3 months back at 160/110. Now I am suffering from general weakness, head ache, not interested in any thing, ie, talking with others, going. Outside, simply living in my home. Numbedness in fingers end points and in legs, griplessness in hands and short memory loss. Now I am taking ashwagandha tab 850 mg one tablet, calcium tablet of 250 mg, triphala tab, advice me to get rid of health problems.
