I am diabetic from the last 10 years. My sugar level used to be 140 fasting 164 pp. The medicine I am taking are metamorhine 1gm morning and evening vildagliptin 50 mg morning and evening atorsave 20 mg evening telmisartan 40 mg evening bp 90/115 now from the past 6 months my sugar level is high and hba1c is 9.2 latest (3 days back) what should I do.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. Hba1c% 9.2 is showing uncontrolled diabetes. Another important aspect is your bmi of 28.11 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter), shows that you are almost close to be in grade one obesity. This itself can affect achieving glucose control.
