I am 30 year female, recently diagnose thyroid with tsh level 6.78, I am taking thyronorm 12. 5 mcg. I am planning for pregnancy from last three months. But a unsuccessful. Very much depressed. My lmp is 24th feb and my cycle is 23-25 days. I feel severe pain lower abdominal and back pain before and during my periods. Also can I take folic acid for pregnancy? If yes pl suggest which one. As I am taking thyroid tablet so can I take folic acid tablet with them, how to take.

You should increase thyronorm dose. Also folic acid should be started as it will help fetal growth once you are pregnant. Folic acid can be taken in the afternoon but not with thyroid medicines.
