I think I have a binge eating disorder. I recently searched all of the symptoms and almost all of them seem to be true for me. I have low self-confidence. I get hyper on trivial things that shouldn't really matter. Whenever I am angry or all alone I eat. I either order food from outside or make some at home. But I can't stop after just one meal. I'll eat a sandwich then go for chips then soda then biscuits until my stomach really feels full. Most days when I come home I lie down on my bed and don't feel like getting up at all due to which I have developed the habit of mostly ordering food. I have so many things on my mind that I need to work on but physically I just feel tired and so ignore everything. I get emotional a lot and I cry very easily. I weigh around 75 kgs and don't even feel like dressing up before going out anymore. I am a huge procrastinator and my wrong eating habits just make things worse. I don't feel good about myself and am really really worried but just can't seem to stop. Please help.
